BO Principal Holdings is a privately held technology and strategic architecture group. We create frontier technologies, deploy proprietary capital and counsel a small number of sovereign, institutional and ultra-high-net-worth principals.

Capital Deployment
We deploy proprietary capital into ventures we create or co-create. We do not manage third-party funds. Our capital is patient, private and purpose-directed.
Selective Engagement
We engage with a small number of principals at any given time. Selection is based on consequence, alignment and the nature of the matter — not on size of mandate alone.
Absolute Discretion
The identity of our principals, the nature of our engagements and the content of our work are treated as permanently confidential. We do not publish client lists, case studies or outcomes.

BO Principal Holdings is a privately held group. There are no public shareholders, no listed entities and no external fund investors.
Operating Model

Geographic Scope
We operate without geographic constraint. Our principals, our technologies and our mandates span multiple jurisdictions. We are not defined by a single domicile.
Leadership
The Group is led by its founding principal. There is no committee, no board of external directors and no governance structure designed for public accountability. Decisions are made by those who bear the consequences.
